In the days before Christmas, two fortunate guests won hundreds of thousands of dollars at Sky River Casino in California.
During their time at the Elk Grove tribal gaming venue, a Stockton, Calif. resident, whose name is not disclosed, won approximately $748K on a slot machine. That visitor was playing the Monopoly Cash Wheel slot game on Monday.
Furthermore, last Thursday, at the same casino, an unidentified Sacramento local won $239,818. That guest was playing Texas Hold’em and got dealt a royal flush.
There is no information on how either fortunate winner plans to use their newly acquired wealth.
The casino, run by the Wilton Rancheria tribe, boasts over 2,000 slot machines, 80 table games, and 18 dining and drinking establishments.
Guests at Tachi Palace Casino Win Jackpots
Tachi Palace Casino Resort, located in California, announced on December 18 that two more jackpots were recently won there.
A mystery victor won $498,662. That guest triumphed with a progressive jackpot in the Blackjack Match STAX. The second unknown guest hit a jackpot of $80,038 on a Bonus Spin Extreme Double Diamond while playing Spanish 21. The bet was for $5.
A winner mentioned they plan to use the jackpot to "enhance my life positively."
Guest Triumphs at Rio in Vegas
At the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, an unidentified gambler won $411,589 on December 16.
The visitor was using the slot machine for Kong: Skull Island, which was recently added to the gaming establishment. The wager was for $18.75.
The Rio disclosed that the payout was the biggest jackpot at the casino since 2023.
$1 million in cash granted
On December 16, California's Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel awarded $1M to a fortunate player.
The occasion was included in the estate's annual "Million Dollar Moment" campaign.
Mario Lopez, the actor and celebrity, awarded the payment to the unidentified Southern Californian individual.
This year's theme celebrated the 85th anniversary of The Wizard of Oz film.
"Partnering with the Wizard of Oz to lead us down the yellow brick road to a million dollars has been electrifying at both Yaamava’ and the Palms [in Las Vegas],” Kenji Hall, general manager at the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel, said in a statement.
The victor is a Club Serrano member at the Emerald level.
Brian Christopher Wins Jackpot at MGM Grand Detroit
Last week, casino influencer Brian Christopher disclosed that he hit his biggest jackpot to date while at the MGM Grand Detroit.
He visited the Michigan gaming venue for a promotion related to his Rudies fan club last Wednesday. He was recording himself while attempting to win at slot machines.
He took a seat at a Crazy Chickens slot machine. He wagered $37 and won $79,589. Yet his fortune persisted. He kept winning jackpots and left with more than $100K in total earnings.
“It was unbelievable, as I’m waiting to get paid out, I hit another five or six jackpots on the same game. It just kept going,” he was quoted by MLive, a regional news site.
